100, 200, 300......

Well, I've packed on some poundage over the last few months...6 to be exact.....so I'm back to counting calories and working hard at the gym. I've pretty much been able to maintain the weight loss I had last year, but I think vacation with dad put me over the edge.....yea, that's it..its dad's fault.

Here's what breakfast breaks down to:

1 egg + 2 egg whites = 103

asperagus = 59

Toast = 60

0.5 c skim milk = 43

Grand total for breakfast = 265. Not bad.

I put a little feta in the eggs to spice them up. I'm so crazy I know.
