Well, we had a super nice thanksgiving....none of the (big) girls cried! I think thats a first! Usually one of us is tearful about something! Not this year....I was really feeling the love from my family....so grateful things have come together for all of us...loved having my boys with me. Chuck was a great host....and his gravy rocked!
So I'm back to work with Home First again and got to attend 2 births in the last week. The first mom was a woman who I attended before so that was really cool. She just had her 4th baby in 5 years!! She's going to be really busy! The second mom I attended was this morning. She was a first timer and boy was she amazing! After pushing for over 2 hours, she delivered baby Vincent in the birthing tub. Both births were beautiful....I'm glad to be back...I'll still be with the twins for a few more months, so I'll be kinda busy doing both jobs. OMGosh I feel so awesomely blessed to be able to do the work I do!
PS: I don't know who the baby in the pic is...but she sure looks sweet!
I wasn't sure if I posted the following pix....it looks like the top one is me with mom and dad....look at dad...what a goof. The bottom pic is gramma and grampa O'neill with Bart...I think thats Bart.
All is well on the home front. Chuck and I will be hosting my family for Thanksgiving, so we're looking forward to that. If anyone from my family is reading this, by the way....Thanksgiving in Elgin this year! I'll be phoning you soon with what you can bring.
