....so I want to color on the walls in my craft room....who do I need to ask for permission? It just seems so naughty. I've wanted to do it ever since I moved into this house. I found this wallpaper you can put up and then color, but why wouldn't you just color directly on the wall and just by pass the paper...

You're right, it does seem naughty, but what a neat idea, permit yourself! I bet it'll look great - can't wait to see pics. Maybe removing the wallpaper is easier than painting over the coloring... OR maybe the person who invented the wallpaper is just anal.
