I was driving my mom to the airport on Tuesday and out of no where she says," Here's some words of advice for you while you're in your 40's, dear."
1)"Take your calcium with Vit D."
2)"Do your keigels....you don't want to be peein' yourself when your my age, dolly."
3) Something about flossing...which led to a long conversation about "...what kind of floss do you use?"
4) There was one more, but I can't remember what is was...maybe it was, "...eat flax.....but you have to store it in the fridge or it loses it super powers."....or something like that.
Why she waited until I was 3/4th thru my 40's to give me this invaluable advice, I'll never know. Thanks mom. Love you.

WEll, I'm at the beginning so, THANKS MOM!
And how many kiegels am I supposed to do?
Sweet! At least she didn't wait till you were 41. And I am well over that now. A little late for me. :>)
I love your mom too. Clever, sweet, funny, empathetic... and apparently full of good advice!
In response to your question, I think it was just stream of consciousness at the time. We hardley ever listen to what some one else suggests and it doesn't hurt to put it out there. Plant a seed. And in terms of calcium, I'm having some serious and expensive dental problems that could maybe have been avoided. The periodontist doesn't see it as a nutrition issue and ofcourse he only does western medicine. Well I have to give the computer back to Pen. I said it would only be a minute and I've been puonding away for awhile. Love, Mom
