Neat! Didn't know there was still such a thing as crossing guards...and kids doing it, too! I remember long ago in grade school when kids could become crossing guards - they were the coolest and the most mature! I always aspired to be one, but never quite made it! Congrats!!
You go Girl!I,too, am surprised that they have student crossing guards because they also have the grownups with the signs at the crosswalk. I was the Captain of the squad in Grammar school, and one of the three shortest kids in the whole school: did wonders for my ego.
