$6.80?!? Really?! Quick...I'll take it!

I found this little treasure at the thrift store this afternoon. I kept looking around me to see if anyone else saw it. I quickly took it up the the check out and escaped thru the back door with it under my arm.....I was sure that I was being followed and that it was going to be snatched from me by the quilt police (who knew that it must be worth more then what I paid.)

Annnyyywwwaaayyyy....... It's all hand quilted. And it really was just 6 dollars and 80 cents.....oh my. I've made one Dresden plate , and it took me quite awhile and I used the sewing machine and I tore it out a few times.......Sheesh. This one has 20 plates! It must have taken forever. I'm thinking I want to take out the yellow yarns as each circle in the middle of each plate is quilted thru.

I'm thinking of hanging it on our bedroom wall.

Geez Karen, I gotta start going to your thrift shop. I go to tons of thrift shops near me & south & never find the kind of stuff you do for the prices you do. Cool quilt!

Oh my goodness. I don't blame you for looking over your shoulder for the quilt police. That is amazing and unheard of.
