Cutting Amy Butler Fabric....Update....a new plan

Step 1: Observe beautiful fabric and decide you're going to cut the crap out of it.(and not be afraid)
Step 2: Cut 5 of the 8 fat quarters into 6 1-2 inch squares. Randomly sew squares together. (you are becoming less scared of beautiful EXPENSIVE fabric)

Step 3: Get crazy and cut triangles. (You are now a brave, fabric cutting goddess)

Step 4: Randomly sew triangle halves together. Ta Da!! Now realize you don't have enough fabric to make anything bigger then a baby blanket and fret about ordering more beautiful, EXPENSIVE Amy Butler on-line....(to be continued).

Ta Da!!! is right! Look at those pretty four squares... look at how those seams match... look at the pretty triangles... look at how those seems match!!! Looks great! If you use sashing and/or a wide border you won't need quite so much more fabric.

Laughing My A%% Off Another one is ROFL - Rolling On Floor Laughing. Mary, your mom needs a cheat sheet. And when you send it to her you can send a copy to me... I only know a couple more than she does. Well, Pat, at least our VCRs don't flash 12:00 constantly 'cause we don't know how to work them. Course noboby has VCRs anymore. I give - we can't keep up... back to quilting.
