Karen...I can't thank you enough for all that you did for Kristyn and I on Sunday. Both my husband and I were so disappointed that you did not stay at the hotel. When we couldn't find you, the next morning I was told that you never checked in. I'm not finished with you now. You and Chuck are so sweet and kind for all that you did...and you did an amazing job! I'll be in touch soon.
